Our office hours are 8 AM - 4 PM Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Friday.
We will do our very best to respond to your non-urgent, non-emergent Secure Messages/Requests within two to three (2-3) business days.
Please also note that, for what we deem to be more involved Secure Messages/Requests, we will recommend that you request an appointment in order for us to better and more comprehensively address your concern(s).
NOTICE: For those Secure Messages/Requests that may not require an appointment but that we deem require our extended attention, time, and effort (e.g., Wellness Program/Supplement Protocol updates/revisions and consequent chart review and documentation, consequent updates/revisions on our online dispensaries, completion/forwarding of forms/faxes/prescriptions, any unusual/special requests, etc.) we apply our hourly rate of $599/hour prorated in 15 minute increments beginning at the eighth (8th) minute of each (15 minute) increment.
